So you've seen our creations and want to try them for yourself... Well here we are. We've designed these cocktails to be easy to make, with versatile ingredients you can find anywhere.

Blossoming Rose

SWEET / SOUR

30ml Bombay Gin

30ml Rose Liqueur

30ml Raspberry Sugar Syrup

1 Egg White 

60ml Lemon Juice

Orange Bitters

Sugar Syrup

Boil 2 parts water to 1 part sugar until sugar has dissolved. Add 1 punnet of raspberries and let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a glass container. Refrigerate until cool, syrup will thicken once cooled. 

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and 1/2 fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, strain mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice. Add two drops of bitters to garnish. Devour immediately.

Strawberry & Basil Amaretto Sour

SWEET / SOUR

60ml Disarono Amaretto

15ml Lemon Juice

15ml Lime Juice

10ml Sugar Syrup

1 Egg White

Orange Bittlers

Candied Cherry

2 Strawberries (chopped)

2 Sprigs of Basil

Sugar Syrup

Boil 2 parts water to 1 part sugar until sugar has dissolved, let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a glass container. Refrigerate until cool, syrup will thicken once cooled. 

Combine amaretto, lemon & lime juice, sugar syrup & egg white in a cocktail shaker. Fill halfway with ice, add strawberries, clap basil in your hands and add. Shake vigorously for ten seconds, strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish wth two drops of bitters and candied cherry. 

The Birthday Suit

SWEET / CREAMY

60ml Lanique Rose Liqueur 

30ml Cake Flavoured Vodka

15ml Coconut Cream

15ml Housemade Raspberry Syrup

Sprinkles To Garnish

Sugar Syrup

Boil 2 parts water to 1 part sugar with 1 punnet of raspberries until sugar has dissolved, let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and drain raspberry remnants from mixture. Refrigerate until cool, syrup will thicken once cooled. 

Combine all liquids in a cocktail shaker and fill halfway with ice. Shake vigorously for ten seconds, strain into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle a line of sprinkles onto the foam and enjoy!
