Adams Peak Styled Shoot

A little while ago we ventured out to the iconic Adams Peak Country Estate to take part in a styled shoot with a bunch of other local vendors. These styled shoots are a chance for us to do something different and enjoy our work without the restraints of a real wedding.

Adams Peak is such a versatile wedding venue. With four options for your ceremony location (The Hill, The Lawn, The Secret Tree and The Plan B wet weather option) you absolutely can't go wrong. The Hill and The Lawn both overlook the beautiful mountains of Broke, the view is second to none!

The weather this day was absolutely perfect. The clouds kept the harsh sun away but created just enough light for some beautiful images by Hungry Hearts Co

A dream team of vendors pulled the shoot together with weeks of planning. Monty from Holymatrimonty put down the whip for a few hours to jump on the other side of the altar with his beau Anthony. Both dressed by Rundle Tailoring, Monty in a grey linen blazer and Anthony in blue velvet, they made the perfect duo. Before the big I Do's the boys were glammed up by Make Up By Hers, adding a soft glow for a natural look and haircuts by Urban Empire Newcastle

The pair headed off for a quiet walk around the property, sipping champagne as they laid their eyes on what each of the vendors had created. Bayleaf Florals & Styling installed a floral arrangement on the already existing arbour on the lawn. Filled with dried palms, white roses, cotton and a mix of peach, blush and oranges. Lauren, one half of Hungry Hearts Co was our hitcher for the day, she had pre written Anthony & Montys vows for them, nothing romantic just an array of Kath & Kim quotes to keep the laughs coming! And boy did it work!

Julie Muir's eco confetti made an appearance, made from all natural dried flowers to make sure you're looking after the environment and still getting the money shot with the confetti throw! After the ceremony full of tears and laughter we moved to the hill where Boozy Suzie was waiting with champagne and a graze, and a beautiful cake by Sweet Poison Cakes.

Kim from Love Glows (the queen of neons and light up letters) set up her giant light up LOVE letters next to the caravan, overlooking the mountains, creating the most perfect setting for sunset. Rhys, the photographer side of Hungry Hearts Co captured the entire day perfectly alongside videographers Hunter Valley Video

It was a perfect afternoon, so much fun and executed beautifully. Enjoy these images and video
